Cornerstone Training Institute and M&V Labor Unite to Hold Job Fair in Rochester, NY from March 16-18
Cornerstone Training Institute and M&V Labor Resources have united to provide local workers with possible job opportunities andenvironmental training discounts from March 16 – 18 at the Staybridge Suites Hotel in Rochester, NY.
Rochester, New York (March 4, 2011) – Cornerstone Training Institute, a local Environmental Safety Firm,is working cohesively with M&V Labor Resources to provide environmental workers and general laborers with possible job opportunities and training discounts.
M&V Labor has secured several contracts throughout the upstate New York Area, including Buffalo, Syracuse, and Corning and needs to fill at least 100 positions that will be available as early as the first week of April. These positions include abatement, hazmat,lead, and confined space workers. The job fair will take place from March 16 – 18 at the Staybridge Suites Hotel located on 1000 Genesee Street in Rochester, NY.
Jesus Mendez, President of M&V Labor Resources, was enthusiastic about the prospect of hiring up to 100 new workers for job placement. “Although the unemployment rate is high in Rochester, it’s hard to find good qualified workers due to their lack of training,” said Mendez. “By holding this job fair, we hope to find good workers who have the desire to succeed. Training and safety is a big concern of ours and we want all our hard workers to come home to their families safe and sound.
